All Deer Little Fox products are designed and made in Australia from the highest quality Australian supplied materials. Every order is custom made, just for you!

 

Name Plaque Sizing:

Small: Sizing up to a maximum of 30cm in length, by a maximum of 15cm in height.

Regular: Sizing up to a maximum of 40cm in length, by a maximum of 20cm in height.

Large: Sizing up to a maximum of 60cm in length, by a maximum of 30cm in height.

Extra Large: Sizing up to a maximum of 80cm in length, by a maximum of 40cm in height.

 

Things to consider (Please Read  Me):

  • The size of your completed name plaque will depend on how many characters are in your chosen name. Names with more characters, for example ‘Charlotte’ or ‘Sebastian’ will likely reach the maximum length before reaching the maximum height. Names with fewer characters, for example ‘May’ or ‘Ben’ will likely reach the maximum height before reaching the maximum length. If you are unsure and have any questions you’d like answered before placing an order, please send us an email at sales@deerlittlefox.com.au or call us on (08) 7001 6853 and we’ll be more than happy to help you out.

 

  • If you’re ordering multiple name plaques that you plan to use side by side, for example “Oliver James”, you’ll need to purchase 2 name plaques (more information below). If you need us to match the font size so they sit nicely side by side, please make sure to leave us a note on checkout or send us an email ASAP at sales@deerlittlefox.com.au so we can make sure this is organised for you.

 

Ordering Multiple Name plaques?

If you are looking to place an order for multiple name plaques, each with a different name, size, font or finish, please select your size, font & finish, type in your chosen name and then press ‘add to cart’, do this for each additional item. To review your items, click on the cart in the top right hand corner of the website. This will allow you to see the details of the personalised items you’ve selected.

Order Processing Times:

Every personalised Deer Little Fox product is made to order, just for you so we recommend allowing up to 7 business days for us to create, pack and send your order. We often have your orders ready & booked with Australia Post within 2-3 business days but this can change depending on our work load during peak seasons. Due to this, it may take us the full 7 business days to create your items and have them packaged and booked with Australia Post.

You will receive email updates about your order so you’ll know when it’s on its way as well as being provided the tracking information.

If you’re thinking about placing an order but you aren’t sure if it will arrive in time, feel free to send us a quick email (sales@deerlittlefox.com.au) or give us a call on (08) 7001 6853. We will always do everything we can to get an order out in time if it’s possible.

 

Order Collection:

Our workshop/studio is located at Clarence Gardens, SA 5039. Though we don’t offer a shopfront service, we do allow our customers to stop by and collect from us if they live locally and would prefer to collect.

All you have to do is select ‘Collection’ on checkout when placing your order. We will notify you with our collection details/address once your order is complete and available for pickup.

*If you have accidently paid for shipping but would now like to collect, we can organise a shipping refund when you stop by to pick up your order.
