Order Processing Times:
Every personalised Deer Little Fox product is made to order, just for you so we recommend allowing up to 7 business days for us to create, pack and send your order. We often have your orders ready & booked with Australia Post within 2-3 business days but this can change depending on our work load during peak seasons. Due to this, it may take us the full 7 business days to create your items and have them packaged and booked with Australia Post.
You will receive email updates about your order so you’ll know when it’s on its way as well as being provided the tracking information.

How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been booked with Australia Post, you will receive an email which will provide you with your tracking number. If you have received this email, this means your order has been completed, yay! 😀
Once we have handed the parcel to Australia post, the delivery time is completely out of our hands. Delivery times will vary depending on whether you’ve selected a ‘Regular’ or ‘Express’ service during checkout along with your location.
Flat Rate shipping delivery times:
If you have selected our flat-rate shipping option in checkout or you’ve qualified for free shipping, your order will be sent out via a standard tracked shipping service with Australia Post. If you aren’t in a rush for your items, this is an ideal option. Australia Post are currently seeing some slight delays do to Covid-19 but the below table gives a very good idea of typical delivery times:
Express Shipping delivery times:
If you’re in a rush and require your order ASAP, we recommend upgrading to Express shipping during checkout. Often Express post will be next day delivery to most metro areas, rural areas however may take approximately 1-3 days to be delivered. Please remember, it may take us up to 7 days to create your order and have it packaged up and booked in with Express Post.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders over the value of $85.00 will receive free shipping within Australia. The service we use for free shipping is a regular tracked shipping service with Australia Post. You are still able to upgrade to express shipping during checkout though. If you spend over $85.00 and need your items in a rush, simply select the express option on checkout. As you have qualified for free regular shipping, you will only have to pay the difference on your upgraded shipping service.
Can you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes! We use Australia Post so we can ship to PO Boxes, residential and commercial addresses.
Our workshop/studio is located at Clarence Gardens, SA 5039. Though we don’t offer a shopfront service, we do allow our customers to stop by and collect from us if they live locally and would prefer to collect.
All you have to do is select ‘Collection’ on checkout when placing your order. We will notify you with our collection details/address once your order is complete and available for pickup.
*If you have accidently paid for shipping but would now like to collect, we can organise a shipping refund when you stop by to pick up your order.
If you live outside of Australia and are interested in making a purchase, it’s best to send us an email (email@example.com) or contact us via our ‘contact us’ page. We don’t have international shipping rates setup in our system but we can certainly get a quote organised for you. Should you choose to proceed, we can manually process your order.
